How to Find Your Order Number

• Your shipping confirmation email, which is sent when your order leaves our facility
• Your account order history, if you checked out with an account

How to Find Your Tracking Number

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. It is provided by the carrier once your order has been picked up and scanned. If you do not see a tracking number, your order may not have shipped yet.

When Will Updates Appear?

Tracking information becomes visible once the carrier has scanned your package. There may be a delay of up to 24 hours between when your order ships and when tracking updates first appear. Updates will continue to reflect your package's progress until delivery.
